About VP3D
Real facilities. Useful digital environments.
VP3D was built from direct experience with physical properties and a clear distinction: capture creates the model; thoughtful information design turns it into a working resource.
Built in Greater Houston
Useful digital facilities begin with understanding real ones.
VP3D’s founder has spent years working directly with buyers, sellers, properties, and real-estate professionals—conducting more than 1,000 property tours and completing more than 100 Matterport scans and digital twin projects.
That experience revealed a broader need. Schools, universities, commercial organizations, senior living communities, and property teams often need more than attractive images or a one-time walkthrough. They need a navigable representation that can organize rooms, approved media, facility records, training resources, and operational context.
VP3D brings field experience, professional capture, information structure, and a disciplined delivery process together to create that resource. Matterport is the spatial foundation; the project objective determines how much intelligence is built around it.
Experience without exaggeration
Credibility grounded in the work.
Hands-on experience capturing and delivering navigable property models.
A practical ability to explain technology and workflows to nontechnical audiences.
Local market knowledge with the ability to serve projects elsewhere in Texas when appropriate.
How VP3D approaches the work
Start with the objective
The useful model is shaped by who needs it, what they need to understand, and how they expect to use it.
Respect the facility
Careful access planning, methodical capture, security awareness, and a professional on-site presence matter.
Structure the information
Rooms, tags, assets, supplied media, and technical context should follow a clear information architecture.
Plan for change
When a twin supports ongoing work, ownership, update cadence, content review, and selective rescanning should be defined.
Define the right digital environment
Let’s discuss the facility—and what people need to know inside it.
VP3D scopes the capture, buildings, rooms, information points, assets, media, technical outputs, access requirements, and ongoing management your objective calls for.
